We develop innovative, TÜV-tested and field-proven products that help patients faster and offer therapists a new level of quality and flexibility. We only develop what is needed - practical, sustainable and affordable.
Our aim is to create solutions for problems for which there are currently no practicable products and to facilitate and enable people with physical disabilities to lead a self-determined life with intelligent, accessible MedTech solutions.
Know-How
Experience and knowledge directly from the field
The Wexelpunkt Development UG was founded in 2023 by Andreas Sextl und Patrick Meister. It grew out of a successful therapy center with more than 30 employees, two patents and in-depth practical expertise.

WX Vario Universal bicycle crank adapter
The infinitely adjustable, universal bicycle crank adapter WX Vario enables people with limited knee and/or hip mobility to train on a bicycle or ergometer. The length of the disability crank is infinitely adjustable to ensure an individual, optimal and gentle effort and movement sequence.
LaserMove Pro High-precision feedback system
The LaserMove Pro is attached to the body with a Velcro cuff. A high-precision laser dot visualizes the movements and enables the control, optimization and correction of movement sequences in real time. The exercise options for neck, shoulder, hip, knee and foot/ankle are virtually unlimited.
Wexel-Board Multifunctional training device
A multifunctional training and sports device for sensorimotor rehabilitation training. A space-saving mini fitness room on four wheels, with more than 25 exercise options. From mobilization to muscle training, everything is possible.
E·P·O Efficiency-enhancing insoles
The E·P·O [extra power orthese] an efficiency-enhancing, shoe-independent and customizable carbon insole. The body weight is stored by the insole as tension energy when stepping and rolling and released back to the ground when pushing off. Independent of ground contact time and stride frequency
